Hey Friends,

I just finished working on a music video for an awesome SEA band called Hey Marseilles. You can watch it here. Help me out by voting for it on the site!!! Thanks!

There are a few really great long term projects happening. I will post them after Xmas. Above is a project I have been working on where I am documenting various cake shops around the city. The project will run through Jan. 1st. Here are a few selects form the daily shoots.
All photographs are shot on cross processed color slide film.

Barcelona lived up to all the hype my friends gave me when Digital Kitchen was invited to present our work at ArtFutura 2009. Rama and I showed work from TrueBlood, Mindquest, and SIFF among others. We struggled to last through some marathon dinners but met some inspiring folks along the way. Charlie and team from Improv Everywhere and Magnus from Potemkin were a delight to hang out with and are doing some real interesting work–so check it out.

DK is privileged to be included, along with agency Wong Doody, in the 50th Anniversary of Communication Arts Design Annual. Highlighted are our hand-crafted trailers, bumpers and broadcast spots that capture the spirit of independent filmmaking for North America’s largest film festival - SIFF. Digital Kitchen Los Angeles and AT&T are proud to have produced a special documentary about the fight against child hunger featuring actress/host Ali Larter (Heroes, Obsessed). We traveled to St. Louis and Chicago where we took an inside look at Project Peanut Butter and Feeding America, two organizations that are having amazing results in combatting child hunger issues both in the U.S. and abroad. Through "The Cause", DK, AT&T, and Ali Larter hope to raise awareness for these charities and educate people about how easy it is to make a difference.

Rama Allen and Matt Mulder are headed to Barcelona for the ArtFutura festival “From Virtual Reality to Social Network.” Rama and Matt will present their favorite pieces of work and discuss the role of a digital agency in the future of advertising and non-traditional media. Celebrating its 20th anniversary, ArtFutura has been hosted in 14 different cities in Spain. This year, the conference will be held October 29th-November 1st at the Arts Santa Mónica center.
